Shipping

We offer free worldwide standard shipping for all orders over $200 AUD.

Production & Shipping time frame 

Once your order has been placed, please allow up to 1 - 2 weeks before your item/s is shipped as each product is 

specially handcrafted by us.

For engagement pieces (14ct & 18ct gold items), please allow up to 4 - 5 weeks before your order is shipped.

You will be notified once your order has been shipped via email and will be provided with a tracking number.
 

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

Items shipped within Australia are sent via Australia Post Express with signature required upon delivery. 

Free shipping for orders over $200 AUD or a flat rate of $7.00 AUD for orders under $200 AUD

1-3 Business Day Transit 

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Choose between DHL Express or Standard International Shipping.

DHL Express: Full tracking and signature on delivery. $20.00 AUD flat rate fee for all orders.

4 - 8 Business Day Transit

International Standard Registered Post: Tracking available worldwide.
Free shipping for orders over $200 AUD or a flat rate of $10.00 AUD for orders under $200 AUD.

15 - 30 Business Day Transit 

Please note: All shipments require a signature upon delivery. 

In the event that an attempted delivery is made, you will be required to collect the item at your

 local post office, or will be required to arrange a redelivery (for DHL Express shipments).

We do not take any responsibility for the damage or loss of any items and will provide you with shipment details 

and proof of posting.

**HLSK is not responsible for any incurred customs charges or import taxes.

Returns

We offer exchanges or store credit notes within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in 

their original condition to be eligible for an exchange.

Due to the handcrafted nature of each item, refunds are not available for change of mind. 

To arrange an exchange or credit note, please email us at info@hlsk.com.au to receive the correct returns form 

& return address details. 

Items sent without prior approval will be returned to sender.

Ensure return items are properly and securely packaged in their original packaging, including the ring / necklace / earring box.

Any goods received that do not comply will not be accepted.

We recommend sending return parcels via registered post/express post with tracking. 

**HLSK is not liable for lost or stolen parcels.

We do not provide return shipping labels or reimbursement for shipping costs.
All items sent back to us are at the expense of the sender.

Cancelled Orders

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of the order being placed.
