Q: I received my order but I selected the wrong size, what should I do? 

A: We have great news! . We offer free re-sizes on all new purchases within 30 days of delivery. Subsequent re-sizes (within 60 days of delivery) will incur a fee of $35 AUD plus postage.

Re-sizes outside of this timeframe (60 days) will not be accepted.

Please email us via info@hlsk.com.au to obtain our returns form.

 Q: I don't know my ring size, can you help me?

A: We highly recommend you visit your nearest jeweller and have your size taken. This is a free of charge service and very accurate. We use standard Australian/UK/US sizing on our website.  

 

Q: The style I purchased doesn't suit me, can I change it for another style?

A: We offer exchanges of styles or store credits within 14 days of delivery. Items bust be unworn and in their original condition to be eligible for an exchange or store credit.

 

Q: Where are your products made? are the materials used high quality? 

A: We hand make each item in our Melbourne studio from beginning to end. This makes us that little bit extra special. Our metals are created in-house by us using top ASSAY carated metals. HLSK's founder, Hannah frequents Brazil, India, Mexico and various other parts of the world hand selecting our gemstones.  

Q: Are your diamonds & gemstones ethically sourced? 

A: All of our diamonds and gemstones are conflict-free and ethically sourced. We work with established diamond and gemstone dealers who are all members of AGTA and are GIA approved.

Q: Do you ship internationally ? 

A: Yes, we ship worldwide with tracked shipping.

Q: My jewellery has tarnished. What should I do?

A: It is very normal for jewellery to tarnish and this can occur due to your skin’s acidity, particular creams/lotions/chemicals, storage conditions or contact with water. Jewellery can easily be cleaned with an appropriate cleaning solution or your complimentary cleaning cloth. Email us for further information.

 

Q: What is Afterpay?

A: AfterPay is an online lay-by service available to Australian & New Zealand residents. You can buy what you want today and pay for it over four equal fortnightly instalments.

 

Shipping & Returns

Shipping

We offer free worldwide shipping for all orders over $200 - Use codeword FREESHIP

Shipping time frame 
Once your order has been placed please allow up to 5-10 working days before your item/s is shipped as each product is specially handcrafted by us.

 

Tracking 

You will be notified once your order has been shipped via email and will be provided with a tracking number.
 

Australia 

Postage within Australia will be sent via Australia Post Express Post with signature on delivery. Free for orders over $200 or a flat rate of $7. 

1-3 Business Day Transit 

International 

We ship worldwide.

Australian International Registered and pack/track Post. Tracking available worldwide.  Free over $200 or a flat rate of $10.

7-10 Business Day Transit 

International Courier Express. Tracking available. Flat rate $35.

3-4 Business Day Transit 

Please note;  All orders require a signature upon delivery. In the event that an attempted delivery is made, you will be required to collect your item at your local post office. We do not take any responsibility for the damage or loss of these items and we will provide you with details and proof of posting.

Returns & Resizes

We offer exchange of styles on all of our items as well as store credits. (Exchange period is within 14 days of receiving the item)

All re-sizes are free of charge on new purchase items (within 30 days of delivery).

Any additional resizes within 60 days of delivery will incur a fee of $35 AUD.
Re-sizes outside of this timeframe (60 days) will not be accepted.

Due to the handmade nature of each item, returns are not accepted simply for change of mind.

Email us at info@hlsk.com.au to receive the correct returns form & return address details.

Ensure you parcel is properly packaged, including the jewellery box.  Any goods received that do not comply will be returned to sender. We recommend sending return parcels via registered post/express post with tracking.

HLSK is not liable for lost or stolen parcels.

 

 Faulty

All jewellery is quality checked by before dispatch. However, from time to time, there may be a rare fault

If you wish to return a faulty product, you must;

-Email us at info@hlsk.com.au to book in your return.

-If your exchange has been accepted, you must ensure the shipping method has full tracking.

-Ensure item/s are in their original packaging.

Please note that "wear and tear" is not considered a fault & is not covered in the 12 month manufacturing warranty.

 

 

Materials & Warranty

Materials

All jewellery is stamped with either 925, 9ct, 10ct or 14ct. All pieces are made from either solid sterling silver or solid gold. 

No products are made with brass, nickel, copper or gold plating.

We hand select each stone used in our jewellery and use natural stones only.

Each stone is one of a kind, all colours and inclusions are natural, making them unique and one of a kind.

Diamonds over .6ct come with a GIA certificate.

All diamonds and gemstones are conflict-free and ethically sourced. HLSK works with established diamond and gemstone dealers who are all members of AGTA and are GIA approved.

 

Warranty

Each HLSK product is carefully handcrafted from the highest quality materials. Given the delicate nature of the hand-made process, we offer a 12 month warranty on all jewellery. Please note that the warranty begins from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers manufacturing faults but does not cover neglect or wear & tear. It is the responsibility of the individual to properly care for and maintain their purchase.

At our discretion we will replace or repair your damaged product.
