Returns
We offer exchange of styles on all of our items as well as store credits. (Exchange period is within 14 days of receiving the item)

All resizes are free of charge on new purchase items (30 days).

Due to the handmade nature of each item, returns are not accepted simply for change of mind.

Ensure you parcel is properly packaged, including the jewellery box.  We recommend sending return parcels via registered post/express post with tracking.

HLSK is not liable for lost or stolen parcels.

 

 

Faulty

All jewellery is quality checked by before dispatch. However, from time to time, there may be a rare fault

If you wish to return a faulty product, you must;

-Email us at info@hlsk.com.au

-If your exchange has been accepted you must ensure the shipping method has full tracking.

-Ensure item/s are in their original packaging.

Please note that "wear and tear" is not considered a fault.

 

Q: I received my order but I selected the wrong size, what should I do? 

A: We have great news! . We do all resizes free of charge on new purchases made within 30 days. Subsequent re-sizes will incur a fee of $20 plus postage. 

 

Q: I don't know my ring size, can you help me?

A: We highly recommend you visit your nearest jeweller and have your size taken. This is a free of charge service and very accurate. We use standard Australian/UK/US sizing on our website.  

 

Q: The style I purchased doesn't suit me, can I change it for another style?

A: We do exchange of styles within 14 days of receiving the item.

 

Q: Where are your products made? are the materials used high quality? 

A: We hand make each item in our Melbourne studio from beginning to end. This makes us that little bit extra special. Our metals are created in-house by us using top ASSAY carated metals. HLSK's founder, Hannah frequents Brazil, India, Mexico and various other parts of the world hand selecting our gemstones.

Once your order has been placed please allow up to 7-10 working days before your item/s is shipped as each product is specially handcrafted by us. You will be notified once your order has been shipped and will be provided with a tracking number.
 

Australia

- Postage within Australia will be sent via Australia Post Express Post with signature on delivery. Flat rate of $7

International 

We ship worldwide.

- Australian International Registered and pack/track Post. Tracking available worldwide. Usually takes 7 - 10 working days. Most secure international shipping. Flat rate $10 AUD

- International Courier Express. Usually takes between 3-4 business days. Tracking available. Flat rate $40 AUD

Please note;  All orders require a signature upon delivery. In the event that an attempted delivery is made, you will be required to collect your item at your local post office. We do not take any responsibility for the damage or loss of these items and we will provide you with details and proof of posting.

CARE FOR YOUR JEWELLERY

Use your complimentary shine cloth to brighten your jewellery. Gently wipe using the red side.

 Opals are extremely fragile & absorb water. This will cause loss of colour. Keep dry at all times.

 Do not expose opals to humid environments & sporting activities.

 Do not wear your jewellery while swimming, showering.Avoid perfumes, lotions, oils, make up, tan, chlorine & water.

 Sunlight can damage jewellery, ensure your jewellery does not stay in direct sunlight for long periods of time.

 Always take your jewellery off before sleeping.

 Keep your jewellery stored in its box.

 

Each HLSK product is carefully handmade from the highest quality materials. Given the delicate nature of the hand-made process, we offer a 12 month warranty on all jewellery. Please note that these are applicable from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers manufacturing faults but does not cover neglect or wear & tear.

At our discretion we will replace or repair your damaged product.

 

Materials

All jewellery is stamped with either 925, 9ct, 10ct or 14ct. All pieces are hand made from either solid sterling silver or solid gold. 

No products are made with brass, nickel, copper or gold plating.

We hand select each stone used in our jewellery and use natural stones only.

Each stone is one of a kind, all colours and inclusions are natural making them unique and one of a kind.

Diamonds over .6ct come with a GIA certificate.

All diamonds and gemstones are conflict-free and ethically sourced. HLSK works with established diamond and gemstone dealers who are all members of AGTA and are GIA approved.
